The Brevo integration allows you to automatically send user data collected from your popups, such as names and email addresses, straight to your Brevo contact list. This ensures that every lead generated through your popups is captured and ready for your email campaigns.
Follow these steps to set up the integration:
Step 1: Navigate to Integrations Tab #
- From your WordPress dashboard, go to Popup Box > General Settings > Integrations.
- Locate the Brevo section.

Step 2: Generate Your Brevo API Key #
To connect Popup Box with Brevo, you’ll need an API key.
- Log in to your Brevo account.
- Click on the Company icon (top right) and go to Settings > SMTP & API.
- Navigate to the API Keys tab.
- Click Create a New API Key.
- Give the key a recognizable name (e.g., Popup Box Integration).
- Copy the generated API Key.

Step 3: Add API Key to Popup Box #
- Return to your WordPress dashboard.
- In the Brevo section of the Integrations tab, paste the API key into the API Key field.
- Click Save Changes to connect Brevo with the Popup Box plugin.

Step 4: Configure Your Popup #
- Go to Popup Box > Popups and either create a new popup or edit an existing one.
- Make sure your popup contains at least the Name and Email fields.
- Enable Brevo integration for this popup.
- Choose the Brevo list (audience) where new subscribers will be added.
- Save the popup.


Step 5: Test the Brevo Integration #
- Open your website and trigger the popup.
- Submit the form with test data (Name and Email).
- Log in to your Brevo account․
- Navigate to the CRM tab, and check your Contacts list.
- You should see the submitted details added successfully.

That’s it! Your Popup Box plugin is now integrated with Brevo. From now on, every submission from your connected popups will automatically appear in your Brevo contact list, ready for newsletters, automation, and targeted campaigns.
