Campaign Monitor

The Popup Box plugin allows you to directly integrate with Campaign Monitor, one of the most powerful email marketing platforms. With this integration, you can automatically send subscriber data collected from your popups (such as names and emails) to your Campaign Monitor audience list.

This is especially useful if you want to:

  • Build and grow your email list automatically.
  • Segment and target your website visitors effectively.
  • Trigger automated campaigns through Campaign Monitor.

Step 1: Navigate to Integration Settings #

  1. From your WordPress dashboard, go to Popup Box > General Settings.
  2. Click on the Integrations tab.
  3. Scroll down until you find the Campaign Monitor section.

  2. Fill in the name and email fields and submit.
  3. Go to your Campaign Monitor dashboard → Audience List.

Best Practices #

  • Always double-check that your API Key and Client ID are entered correctly.
  • Use separate lists in Campaign Monitor for different campaigns (e.g., newsletter vs. promotions).
  • Test your popup after saving changes to confirm the integration works.
  • Make fields like email required to ensure valid data collection.

That’s it! Your Popup Box plugin is now successfully connected to Campaign Monitor Integration. Every time a visitor submits their details through your popup, they’ll be automatically added to your chosen Campaign Monitor list.
