Email Tab

The Email tab in the Popup Box plugin lets you configure how emails are sent and received when a popup submission occurs. This is especially important for popups like Contact Forms, Subscription forms, or Subscribe and Get a File popups, where user data needs to be delivered directly to your inbox.

With these settings, you can define exactly how the outgoing email will look and ensure that replies reach the right recipient.

To access the Email tab, go to your WordPress dashboard and click:

Best Practices #

  • Always use an email from your website’s domain to avoid deliverability issues.
  • Keep the subject line short and descriptive.
  • Use the Reply-To field to direct responses to a monitored inbox.
  • Test your email configuration by submitting a test popup to confirm delivery.

By setting up the Email tab properly, you ensure that all popup submissions (from contact requests to newsletter signups) are delivered reliably and look professional.
