Viewing Popup Submissions

The Submissions tab in the Popup Box plugin is where you can view and manage the entries collected from specific popup types. Viewing popup submissions helps you track user interactions effectively, making this section especially valuable for lead generation and communication purposes.

Keep in mind that submissions are only available for the following popup types:

  • Contact Form
  • Subscription
  • Subscribe & Get a File

Other popup types, such as Image or Video popups, do not collect user data and therefore will not appear here.

From here, you’ll see a table displaying all the collected entries. This central hub allows you to track who interacted with your forms, when they subscribed, and how many unread results you still need to review.

Understanding the Submissions Table #

Viewing popup submissions gives admins a clear overview of all collected data. Each column provides specific details:

  • PopupBox – The name of the popup that collected the entry (e.g., “Newsletter Signup” or “Subscribe and Get a File”).
  • Subscribers Count – The number of users who submitted their details through this popup.
  • Category – The category assigned to the popup, which helps you organize your submissions by type or campaign.
  • Popup Type – Identifies the popup format: Contact Form, Subscription, or Subscribe & Get a File.
  • Last Subscribe Date – Displays the date and time of the most recent submission for that popup.
  • Unread Results – Shows how many submissions haven’t yet been reviewed. This helps you quickly spot new entries.
  • ID – A unique identifier assigned to each popup, useful for managing multiple campaigns.
